Can anybody tell me what Moy or Moi means in spanish?

I am just curious because I have a Mexican guy working for me and he always says to me everyday "how you do moy?" or "see you later moy" I am not sure what it is or how it is spelled but I am very curious, I looked for it on the internet and couldnt find anything I am wondering if it is a slang mexican term. thanks
