How to get my hamster's attention onto toys?

if you're around her in the day, it's normal for her to act bored: hamsters are nocturnal. also, do NOT put peanut er and things high in sugar on her toys as hamsters can easily get diabetes. instead, try putting some hay or her favorite seeds in the running wheel. with the chew toys, cover them with somethign less sugary than peanut er, like smear strawberries or apples on them; the scent will attract your hamster.
