Question for electricians.?

Hi,I would say you have transformers in those light fixtures that knock down the voltage to 12v.The transformer in the second light is not working,probably has open in it.Either change fixture or replace transformer in light.Note! make sure the socket contacts are making,especially the center socket contact.You may have to bend the contact upward to make sure it makes.Good Luck
