HP Laptop Connects to Netword But Not To Internet?

I have an HP running on Vista Home. I have had no problems connecting to Secured or Unsecured networks with my built in WIFI since I got it until last night. Now I can connect to Network but no internet. It just says Access: Local Only. I have tried restoring my computer back to an eariler date and I know it is not a problem with the router itself because there are two other laptops in the home that connect just fine. I spent 2 hours on the phone with HP today and got nowhere. I work from home with my laptop and need to fix this...when I do a repair is says a problem was discovered that cannot be fixed automatically. I am not computer savvy with technical terms so any feedback please put in easy terms or step by step what to do. Thank you.
