What are the symptoms of an appendicitis?

Abdominal pain - clically in the right lower part of the abdomen, but may be elsewhere as well, fever, nausea/vomiting, anorexia (loss of appetite) and possibly diarrhea. These are the clic symptoms - however, appendicitis often does not appear clically especially early on in the course.
