Bed bugs/mites questions! heeelllpppp!!!!!!!?

Oh boi! i dont know whether my hammie qot bed bugs or mites .. shes scratching alot, biting herself and loosing fur! but me im getting bite!! I get bite and then they turn into what look like hives! But now my boyfriend just told me he has bed bugs! he doesnt live with me or nothing so i dont know if thats what i have or not. PLEASE somebody anybody who had these problems what did you do!? Please we need help asap!
