What are some experiments to do in Psychology that require no disturbance of the environment?

I need an experiment for my psychology cl. I need to observe the people around me doing something, and record results. The catch is I can't do a poll, ask questions, or do anything to disturb their natural behavior or let them know they're even being studied. Ideas?
