I'm scared to death about these "sores" that I just found out. Help!?

I had my first ever cold sore on my upper lip 2 weeks ago; now it's gone. I went to see the doctor and she said it was simplex 1. Now, I have pain near my rectum. I had a look and it seems as though I have 2 sores there! How the heck can that happen if I didn't have / in like 10 years? I had a boyfriend for the last 3 years, but we only kissed (he fingered me once and I gave him a hand job a few times). Help!
