Would the military be a good place for this kid?

I have a friend who had signed up for the marines and he made it half way through boot camp and had a total mental break down. He had some mental issues before and had lied about them, thinking it wouldn't matter at boot camp, but once he was in the VERY stressful environment, they all surfaced. There can be extreme consequences to attempting to join the military with pre existing mental conditions. It takes a very stable person to endure the kind of situation you will be in. While it does tend to help kids find direction and purpose, it is NOT for everyone. I actually suggest signing him up for a course that will earn him a certificate of some sort (pharmacy tech, vet tech, mage therapist etc.) This way he has a better chance of actually finishing the course, and he will get a sense of accomplishment, plus be able to get a decent job while trying to figure out what to do for a career. It helped me a lot, anyway. Good luck!!

Dodge Dakota RPM Issue, Sticking and Rising?

I just thoroughly washed my 1993 Dodge Dakota pickup today and after leaving I noticed a few things going on with it. As I accelerated, my truck was chugging as if it was losing fuel or something. Then I noticed as I was driving and stopping, my RPMs were acting up. When I would come upon a stop sign, I would push my clutch in and my RPMs would stay where it was for a moment, roughly between 2 - 2.5k, and then gradually go down. I thought maybe washing the engine and it being wet, that I would let it dry and try it again. I took it out for another spin and while I was traveling down the Interstate, I noticed while I was in 5th gear, I would push the clutch in (foot off gas pedal) and the RPMs would gradually increase before decreasing. As I drove around town the RPMs were still acting the way they were and even when I would put the clutch in to shift up, the RPMs would stay where they were before going down. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be the problem for both these issues? The chugging and the RPMs? I looked around online and I've seen some say its a bad clutch, and others talk about the throttle position sensor. Any advice would help, thanks!

Absolutely... they need to replace your tires, since 40 feet is in fact far enough to damage your sidewalls. You need to seriously question the mechanical ability of a technician who would do a thing like that. They know better. Since you have the opinion of the officer and tow driver on your side, you could tell the garage you're considering a lawsuit. When and if you get paid for your damaged tires, I would strongly suggest taking your car to a different shop for an allignment. Chances are, they're going to end up trying to convince you that you need more front end parts, when in fact you probably don't need any and the car can be alligned fine as-is.

2002 ford explorer Belt wobbles on waterpump pully?

I keep having a churp when the truck is running. i took it to a shop and they said that it was my alternator. So i changed the alternator and still had a churp. I also replaced the water pump, water pump pully, Ac compressor, fan clutch, tensioner, idler pully, and several belts, and still have a churp sound when the engine is running. I noticed that where the belt comes off the AC compressor, it goes to the water pump pully. The belt is rocking back and forth on the water pump pully. If i get a long screwdriver, and use it as a guide to keep the belt center on the water pump pully, the churp goes away. From the water pump pully it goes down the the harmonic balancer. How do i adjust to keep that belt from swaying back and forth on the water pump pully. I see no way to adjust,

Cat going crazy itching and scratching?

Hello, following a grooming at the vet (shaving) my cat, he started itching and he keeps licking himself and sometimes scratching. He seems exhausted while/after doing so as I can see his heart is beating fast. It's his first time getting shaved and he acts crazy and keeps moving around and going under things ( I guess to help with the scratching) and lying down then walking etc etc. Can you please help me? Should I apply something like flax seed oil or lavender oil or something? I can't wait until monday to see a vet. My 2 month old baby suffers from colic. What is colic?

No one really knows what colic is. The babies can’t tell us what is wrong so we don’t know! Colic is just a name for a fussy baby. Frequently it helps to carry the baby around in a baby carrier (I use an Ergo.) They seem to feel better when held and when you are moving about. I don’t know if it is true but I have heard that feed babies have less colic. If it is gas being walked around makes them feel better. If it is boredom, it helps to be held. Sometimes there is nothing you can do. It is surprising how long an infant can cry even while being held! I agree that you should have someone give you a break once in a while! Babies outgrow it soon, it just seems like the longest months of your life!

HP Laptop Connects to Netword But Not To Internet?

I have an HP running on Vista Home. I have had no problems connecting to Secured or Unsecured networks with my built in WIFI since I got it until last night. Now I can connect to Network but no internet. It just says Access: Local Only. I have tried restoring my computer back to an eariler date and I know it is not a problem with the router itself because there are two other laptops in the home that connect just fine. I spent 2 hours on the phone with HP today and got nowhere. I work from home with my laptop and need to fix this...when I do a repair is says a problem was discovered that cannot be fixed automatically. I've been with my boyfriend for 5 months and it's been very intense. Shes not hungry if all shes doing is suckling a tiny bit or falling asleep at the . Have you tried to let her cry for a few minutes? Sometimes babies cry in their sleep, by rushing to her you have noticed its gotten worse. My first was like this for months and it was exhausting so I know what your going through, since then I let my babies cry for a few and listen to them, often times they will put themselves back to sleep. By 5 months she should be able to sleep for 6 hours at a time in the night with out waking for food. Shes probably also going thorugh a growthspurt or be about to hit a major developmental milestone like crawling or teething or something and thats interupting her sleep. Listen to her but dont rush, let her try to soothe herself for a little bit first, if she doesnt calm down pick her up, rock her, shoooshh her, pat her back and lay her back down, and repeat, she should start sleeping better. Its not easy but it does get better, good luck~

I know 2 dentists that have an immense amount of "trainees" and "interns" in their offices. Yes, this is long but I did read it all! This is another case of someone letting a family member control them because of money! Money and family members do not mix (most of the time)! I complained many times to the court through my lawyers but soon found that in family law men have very few actual rights. By the time I was able to get the issue in front of a judge (some 16 mos. after the estrangement) the children no longer wanted a relationship with me, their natural father. The courts refused to "Make" the children visit as they were now nearly 15 and able to make their own choices. The state of Texas allowed a bitter woman to poison my children when it was clear that she had no motive other than spite. That was all 15 years ago, and things between my children and I have never been even close to normal. I supported my children through college hoping they would one day mature but as of yet they have very little to do with me. Their mother subsists hand to mouth and still plays the money card against me, poor lady. I for my own sanity have established a new life not reliant on any interaction from my children whatsoever. In short, the Texas courts cannot and will not support a mans right to visitation without the mother's desire to be agreeable in allowing a relationship with their father. Family law is antimale.

So the doctor felt around my cervix and my feeling for abnormalities, felt all around mycervix than my ovaries and such so a regular pelvix exam, she said my cervix looked normal and clean, she felt no abnormalities and said im fine what i felt was probably just nothing as she looked all around and felt all around. I can still feel it and its freaking me out but would the doctor have definitely said something if it were an abnormal bump or anything? like she would have been able to tell if my cervix was normal or not?

I don't have chocolate, so I need a cookie that's vanilla or something. I don't want anything that's cakey, I want something soft and really chewy. 4 month old with watery stools for 2 days?

I had to switch his formula a couple of days ago because my WIC office became retarded and changed his formula on the vouchers, so i had to get what was on the voucher at the store (i shouldn't have anyway). He's been on Similac Sensitive since he's been born, but then was given him Similac Advance 2 days ago. Ever since he's been switched he's been having real bad watery stools like every 2 or 3 hours in the day. I rushed to the store earlier to get his Similac Sensitive thinking he might be just having a bad experience with the other one...or maybe Lactose and tolerant. I have 2 older kids that never had this experience. But should i give it a couple of days for the Sensitive formula to just kick in and may help? Or is this a sign of Diarrhea? I was told to pinch above his belly on to make sure he's not dehydrating. He's just not his happy self anymore, and he cries when he poops and has ALOT of gas with it too. Has anybody had this experience with change of formula?

Same with movies "independent" and "low budget" films: Wes Anderson, Jim Jarmusch, Roman and Sofia Copola films are good places to start. For fashion, skinny jeans are pretty much a must. There are tons of branches of hipsters, but oversized on downs, and basic relazed tees are part of the "uniform". Keds, vans, converse, any kind of streamlined athletic shoe. Of course, these descriptions are just based on perception. Make sure you create your own niche, your own you. Without that, you can't be "indie"!

i have been married for nine months and me and my husband are at serious crossroad. He says that i have to let him discipline my four year old son because i am incapable of being consistant with him. he says that my kid is out of control, acts like a wild animal and he does not listen to anyone. Gallstones, Liver or What Could It Be? Doctors or Nurses, please help~!?

Ok, I did a clense from Isagenix starting 3.5 wks ago. I did 3 wks worth of the shake supps. On my 3rd week I ended up at the docs office with an impacted colon. Doc said he was sure that's all it was after palpatating my stomache and checking me for other symptoms. He did not feel necessary for blood work or xrays. Doc said eat lots of fiber, drink lots of water and if it does not improve, call me back. That night I got this tea called "Smooth Move" and went to the bathroom a couple times. Since then I have gone to the bathroom at least a couple of times each day. However, starting right after the Gas & Bloating subsided, I've had a dull pinching pain in my upper right area just below my rib cage, but close to the mid part of my stomache. When I was at the docs I had no pain on that side. If I palpate the right side of my stomache I have no pain at all, except for that exact pinchin, which is just the same pain that is there off and on. This has been off and on for about 3 days now. It has not gotten worse and sometimes it does not pinch at all. I work for an acupuncturist and he showed me that this is where the gallbladder is. What I am wondering is if this is the gallbladder, what key symptoms should I look for? I am not nausious, no fever, no serious pain, just this occasional dull pinch. Could it be my intestines just healing from all this blockage? I am going to wait till Friday and if it's not better I'll go back to my doctor, or I will wait till my physical on 9/18. I really feel fine otherwise and this pain is just a dull ache and only in that one spot. I do not have any signs of appendicitis so I doubt that it the cause. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

This game is worst than the TNA Impact game (never thought i would say this about a WWE game). This game, compared to SvR 2011 is like Top Spin (tennis game) compared to Virtua Tennis or The Bigz compared to MLB The Show. MLB The Show, Top Spin and SvR 2011 are realistic sport video games. They are for true baseball, tennis or wrestling fans while the other games are made for people that just want to have fun or for kids. The problem with this All Stars game is that even the kids won't like it that much. THQ will learn from this experience and will not make a sequel to this game.

Hair Problem!!! Help?

So in the last couple months, the hair close to my scalp has literally taken on a nasty plasticy feeling when I wash it in the shower (like when you rub a balloon), and my hair used to be really bouncy but now right after I shower, it lies flat on my head. It feels like there's some sort of buildup but I can't see ANY residue at all when I touch it, and I've tried washing it with apple vinegar and changed shampoos/conditioners, but nothing seems to be working. Any help?
