Teaching in Virgina?

Northern Virginia its a beautiful place to live and work. I would suggest to stay away from DC, traffic is horrendous, rush hour is from 530am to 930am same in the afternoon. People usually commute, but I just hate to take a ride with a total stranger. Fairfax County has great benefits and a great retirement plan, Arlington's retirement really sucks. Good Luck.
