What can cause Lesions in the Bone Marrow at L4,L5 and Sternum and T9? Hoping for something besides Luekemia?

Abnormal MRI showing Lesions in the Bone Marrow at L4,L5, went to have Bone Scan (entire Body) showing Abnormalities at L4,L5,Sternum and T9. What could this possibly be?
