How could big cuts on the educational budget have repercussions on low literacy ?

Education cuts will result in larger cl sizes and lower paid teachers. This will result in the smarter people NOT teaching. What you end up with is dumb people teaching mive cles material they barely understand themselves. This will result in a lower quality education for the students and a higher dropout rate.
