Chemistry: Single, Double, Triple Bonds?

NO3 doesn't really have 2 single and 1 double bond. Really, the double bond is shared among all the single bonds, which is why you draw resonence structures or draw a dotted line for the partial double bond along all the single bonds. (That one odd pair of electrons is floating around above all the single bonds in the pie structure)
