Looking for the mailing address/e-mail address to the city hall in Novo Miloševo, Serbia.?

I'm looking for the mailing address mainly, but even an e-mail address would suffice right now. I'm in search of birth records, and I'm unsure as to where to look for this address as I do not speak Serbian. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
